Park Avenue Home

This was such an exciting house to stage. An older home near the historic Washington Park, it had a lot of character. We went through the process of decluttering and rearranging. We updated the decor in a few rooms and added some of my artwork. After the staging was complete, it sold in just five days for full asking price.
